Get subsix.ai

The extension carries the engine, so it is packaged once per platform. Install it from a gallery, or download the file that matches your machine — the size and digest are printed below so you can check what you got. This is version 0.27.10.

No packaged builds are present beside this website, so there is no figure to print. The released files are on the GitHub releases page.

Install the file you downloaded

code --install-extension subsix-<version>-<platform>.vsix

Or run Extensions: Install from VSIX… in VS Code. After installing, set your keys with subsix.ai: Configure API Keys, or sign in to use the hosted server.

Everything else

The SDK and the OpenAI-compatible gateway are not installers — one is a package, the other a base URL. Both are documented on the SDK page and in the reference.
